We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist.

Business:CTO Infrastructure

Principal responsibilities

  • Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and related ecosystem components (e.g., Harbor, Istio, Nginx Controller, Portworx, etc.).
  • Provide 24/7 first-line operational support for critical production systems.
  • Ensure system stability, high availability, and performance for all managed environments.
  • Support application teams with DevOps best practices and tooling.
  • Automate operational tasks using scripting languages and automation tools (e.g., Shell, Python, Ansible).
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents independently, including issues related to Linux OS, storage, networking, firmware, and data center infrastructure.
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams and vendors in English.
  • Please be noted that this position carries potential consequence management from regulator in case of significant system outage lead to business impact or violation of regulations
