We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technology Instructor.

Business: GCIO COO

Principal responsibilities

  • Create /Build Curriculum, training content, build customized labs, Assessments, Question banks, in various technologies such as Programming languages, frameworks, APIs, Cloud, Mobility, DevOps Tooling, Agile, Data, etc
  • Need excellent capabilities and experience to deliver complex training courses for heterogeneous audiences in various topics and technologies.
  • Responsible for monitoring the training delivery quality, feedback, measure success factors to achieve the objectives of the training.
  • Evaluate the external Instructors for delivering training, work with other colleagues and stakeholders to finalize the instructor, training curriculum, duration and the nuances like training infrastructure, labs, case studies and learning material.
  • Work closely with the project teams from the GB/GFs and provide consulting and advisory guidance on various learning initiatives programmes and up-skilling efforts
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal managers and leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Understand the changing technology requirements in the organization and fulfil the learning through new training bootcamps.

Knowledge & Exerpeince/Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Continuously scan the technology horizon, identify key technology skills and continuously upskill in adjacent skills.
  • Should have passion for learning and training, understand, appreciate learning psychology.
  • Self-motivated and should be able to work independently.
  • Working experience in learning assets, platforms, infrastructure and learning metrics is essential.
  • Strong communication skills including business writing and addressing large audiences.
  • Work closely with other colleagues of the GTA team members to achieve the organizational goals.
  • Working experience in learning environments and learning ecosystem is extremely important.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of MS Office tools. Excellent Power point preparation and presentation skills

Knowledge and skills required:

  • Organizational Training function at a high level in a corporate environment and the knowledge of training lifecycle.
  • The various aspects of classroom training, eLearning and blended learning.
  • Knowledge of logistics and tools required for the multiple modes of training.
  • Knowledge of the learning environment, challenges in planning, scheduling, conducting and organizing training programmes.
  • Very good communication skills in English language, oral and verbal.
  • Very good knowledge in one or more areas of Cloud (AWS/GCP) / ML and AI / NLP / MLOps / Qlik sense/ Apache Kafka / Docker
  • Knowledge in more than one area is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Should be a Graduate with good credentials

Experience:

  • Working experience of at least 7 years in training area or any related role.
  • Should have proven experience in coordinating and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
