Responsible for configuring, managing and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration services with a focus on Microsoft Teams (including compliance recording) and SharePoint Online. The role includes administering integrations with recording tools like Luware and Verint, handling first-line IT risk tasks (vulnerability and access reviews, SOC2 evaluation), and collaborating with IT, facilities and business stakeholders to resolve issues. You will maintain documentation, provide training and support to global users, and ensure compliance and security standards are met. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Teams Management: Configure, manage, and support Teams, including Teams Compliance recording. Ensure the platform meets organizational needs and compliance standards.
  • SharePoint Online Administration: Oversee the administration and security of SharePoint Online, managing permissions, workflows, and optimal performance.
  • Recording Tools Expertise: Administer and support integration with Luware and Verint recording tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • First Line Risk Work: Handle administrative and documentation tasks related to IT risk. Review vulnerability reports and access management activities; evaluate and review SOC2 reports.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work with IT, facilities, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain configuration documentation and provide training and support for end users and internal teams.

Key Capabilities/Experience

  • Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Expertise in Teams and SharePoint Online, including Teams Compliance recording.
  • Tool Integration: Experience with Luware and Verint recording tools.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and support global users.
  • Compliance Understanding: Familiarity with security, compliance, and risk standards in enterprise environments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience on the related role
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding on different digital workplace tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify potential risk and develop effective solutions to mitigate them.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such Teams Administrator Associate, Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals, or similar certifications is a plus.
