Lead the Technology Lifecycle Management function within MMC Supply Chain Engineering, supporting the backbone of global technology infrastructure and ensuring environments run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Manage inventory and product lifecycles, oversee vendor relationships, support hardware/software asset management, and drive risk management and compliance through high-quality data and processes. As the Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the MMC Supply Chain Engineering team, you will play a vital role in supporting the backbone of our global technology infrastructure. You will be a key contributor to the tools and processes that empower our engineering teams, ensuring our technology environments run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. This role offers exposure to a wide range of technologies and products, giving you the chance to broaden your technical understanding and contribute to continuous improvement across MMC.
You’ll work alongside motivated colleagues to set functional goals and priorities that align with our overall strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory and product lifecycles, ensuring our technology assets are optimized and up-to-date
- Overseeing vendor relationships and supporting hardware/software asset management
- Supporting risk management and compliance through high-quality data and process expertise
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation

Required qualifications, capabilities & Skills:
- Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and proficient advanced experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process excellence
- Quick learner, able to retain knowledge across diverse technologies and workflows
- Skills in automation, digital workflows & use of product data, using tools such as Jira & ServiceNow
- Customer-focused approach, with creativity in delivering solutions and driving improvements
- Collaborative spirit, able to work effectively with teams and individuals across the organization
- Excellent communication skills
