This is a high-impact position that empowers you to shape the enterprise’s digital collaboration strategy and lead the evolution of how we work with external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain resilient collaboration solutions that support secure external sharing and cross-organizational workflows.
  • Manage identity and access configurations for external users, including Entra ID (Azure AD B2B), OAuth 2.0 flows, and conditional access policies.
  • Evaluate and onboard new SaaS collaboration tools (e.g., VDRs, client portals) in line with security and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes for recurring issues to improve platform reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly collaboration experiences.
  • Contribute to proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives that enhance external collaboration capabilities.
  • Understand concepts for federated authentication via platforms such as Google Identity & Microsoft Entra ID.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

  • Formal training or certification on SaaS collaboration platforms concepts and proficient advanced experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Microsoft 365 B2B collaboration and external sharing
    • Google Identity / Workspace.
    • Virtual Data Rooms (e.g., Box.com, Intralinks, Datasite, Firmex, Debtdomain)
    • PowerShell and/or Python scripting
    • Microsoft Graph API and/or Google APIs
    • Entra ID (Azure AD), app registration, and identity federation
    • OAuth 2.0 and secure authentication practices
  • Experience supporting large-scale, hybrid collaboration environments with a focus on uptime, security, and user experience.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT operations, change control, and incident management.
  • Experience managing a small team of technologists.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

  • Experience with modern development frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Java, or C#).
  • Exposure to cloud-native architectures and serverless computing.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Splunk, Datadog).
  • Passion for building inclusive, secure, and high-performing collaboration environments.
