You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation frameworks and tools.   • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation frameworks and tools
  • Champion the adoption of AI-driven testing solutions, including intelligent test generation and predictive analytics
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure quality standards
  • Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices in automation and AI
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
  • Define and track success metrics and KPIs for automation and quality
  • Drive process improvements and automation maturity across the organization
  • Present to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Deep expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
  • Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of AI-powered testing tools and AI-based defect prediction
  • Experience with API testing (REST, SOAP, Postman, RestAssured)
  • Understanding of performance and security testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
  • Strong data analytics skills to interpret test data, metrics, and dashboards
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in software testing
  • Track record of driving change and innovation in large, complex organizations
  • Experience with self-healing automation and NLP-driven test case creation
