As a Technology Support I team member in Commercial and Investment Bank's Payments Tech Team, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Be part of the team responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, identifying, escalating, and resolving production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems, ensuring a seamless user experience.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Provide feedback on transaction outcomes (pass/fail)
  • Investigate failed transactions and communicate reasons to clients
  • Perform end-of-day (EOD) reconciliation of payment requests
  • Ensure compliance with ISO MX messaging standards
  • Manage cross-border payment requirements and processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Handle client inquiries regarding payment transaction status
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on payment operations
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 1+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
  • 5+ years of Experience in payment operations with cross-border transactions
  • Strong knowledge of ISO MX, API, Real Time Payment messaging standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in payment systems and reconciliation processes
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant payment technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in global transaction banking or financial services
  • Advanced data analysis or reconciliation skills
  • Familiarity with emerging payment technologies
  • Project management experience
  • Certification in payments or operations
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in payments
