- Provide feedback on transaction outcomes (pass/fail)Investigate failed transactions and communicate reasons to clientsPerform end-of-day (EOD) reconciliation of payment requestsEnsure compliance with ISO MX messaging standardsManage cross-border payment requirements and processesMaintain accurate and up-to-date transaction recordsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issuesSupport process improvements and operational efficiencyHandle client inquiries regarding payment transaction statusPrepare and deliver regular reports on payment operationsAdhere to regulatory and compliance requirementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 1+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services5+ years of Experience in payment operations with cross-border transactionsStrong knowledge of ISO MX, API, Real Time Payment messaging standardsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and client service skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficient in payment systems and reconciliation processesProficient in MS Office and relevant payment technologiesAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
