Lead QA software testing strategy and governance, creating test plans and documentation across the Software Development Life Cycle. Define testing architectures, methodologies, processes, and tooling; support business integration and testing advisory services. Execute test plans, resolve defects, and ensure quality outcomes. Position requires 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00) and up to 20% travel; located in Boston, MA.

Create software testing plans and documentation for testing phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Develop Quality Assurance (QA) software testing strategies and provide testing governance. Define software testing architecture methodologies, processes, and tools. Support business integration and software testing advisory services. Execute software test plans and resolve issues.


WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:

Up to 20% travel to various domestic locations per business need.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience. Employer will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or related employment experience considered equivalent to meet the bachelor's degree requirement. Two (2) years of experience must include: DevSecOps pipelines; Waterfall; Iterative; Agile; Selenium; Katalon Studio; UFT; Tricentis Tosca; JIRA; Rally; ALM; Infrastrcture-as-Code; Policy-as-Code; ODBC databases; and Alteryx. Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.

SALARY RANGE: $140,525 – $222,900 per year
