Lead DevOps & Platform Engineering teams to design and implement cloud-native, automated pipelines and platform capabilities. Define hybrid/cloud strategy and platform roadmaps, integrate IDP and self-service provisioning, and drive AI-enhanced operations and cost governance. Partner with software engineering to build resilient, secure, and observable services, focusing on reliability, security, and productivity while maintaining governance and continuous improvement.
Associate Architect DevOps is responsible for leading and guiding the DevOps team that supports product development, non-functional testing, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, release delivery, and customer implementations. The individual will define strategies aligned with modern DevOps, Platform Engineering, GitOps, FinOps, and AI-augmented engineering practices.
The individual will further focus on resilience, security, cost optimisation, and improving engineering productivity
The architect will partner closely with software engineering teams to build resilient, fault-tolerant services focusing on security, cost optimisation, and improving engineering productivity

Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering.
- 8+ years in DevOps/Cloud/Platform Engineering; experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong skills in Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, IaC, GitOps, observability.
- Experience in AI-driven DevOps, AIOps, and automated SDLC tooling.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in high-availability, regulated or Capital Markets environments.
