ROLE PROFILE

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineering Manager to lead and drive quality excellence for our Customers Identity & Access Management team in India. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality of our platform components, which underpin authentication for customers worldwide.

You will lead a team of QE professionals, and collaborate closely with the Quality Engineering team in Thailand, but also with the platform, DevOps, and development teams to embed quality into every stage of the software lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers, fostering a culture of automation, continuous improvement, and excellence.

Define and implement the QE strategy for platform services, focusing on QA standards, test strategies and best practices.

Drive test automation and quality gates across CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

Establish quality metrics and KPIs (e.g., defect density, test coverage, release confidence) to measure and improve outcomes.

Build and maintain shared automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, performance, security)

Driven End-to-End workflow and automation across each domain.

Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate quality practices into infrastructure as code and deployment processes.

Champion quality, performance, security, and reliability testing for mission-critical services.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience leading QE or QA teams in a platform or cloud-native environment.

Strong expertise in test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and Infrastructure as Code.

Significant experience working with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).

Solid understanding of AWS architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.

Experience with performance, security, and reliability testing at scale.

Familiarity with observability tools and validation of monitoring/alerting systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for developer experience, automation, and continuous improvement.
