As a DevOps Engineer, you will provide front-line support for Financial Market applications by managing incidents and changes using ITSM tools. You will oversee and monitor the Control-M job scheduling system to ensure jobs run on time, quickly troubleshooting any issues. Working with cross-functional teams, you will set job scheduling requirements that meet business needs and automate repetitive tasks by developing basic scripts to improve efficiency. 

Your responsibilities also include performing regular maintenance such as job cleanup and system updates, offering technical support to users for job scheduling and scripting questions, and documenting processes and solutions for easy reference and knowledge sharing. Additionally, you will leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to boost DevOps productivity.

Note: This role may require working Sydney business hours during the end of months, quarters and years for reporting.
