Join the world-class SRE team to optimise existing systems and build infrastructure through automation. You will engineer reliability and operational efficiency by creating platform tooling that simplifies software processes, reduces toil, and improves developer experience. You will focus on building and supporting scalable systems with strong emphasis on monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, and service observability. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Manila within Macquarie's Banking and Financial Services technology teams.

What you offer

- Good understanding of Kubernetes, Docker and container technologies
- Good understanding of the benefits of SLOs, metrics, logs and traces
- Experience with CI/CD tools (BitBucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Experience in APM and Observability tools such as Dynatrace, Sumo Logic, SPA Service or any similar tools related
- Demonstrable ability to break down problems and solve them systematically
- Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
- Cloud Technologies preferably GCP or AWS
- General programming language such as GoLang or NodeJS or JAVA
- Demonstrated experience with Linux and Bash scripting.
