Your Impact

You’ll join our office as part of the Managed Cloud Services (MCS) group under Secure Foundations. This group is responsible for building, securing, and operating the IT infrastructure and applications.

You’ll work with a global team of skilled engineers across time zones (India, Costa Rica) to ensure the reliability and scalability of the Wave platform, which serves over 700 clients. Together, we deliver operational excellence, enhance platform performance, and drive innovation.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer II, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Wave platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Service Delivery, and STA, to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and optimize platform efficiency.

Your qualifications and skills

3+ years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions
Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk and CloudWatch
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, for automation and data analysis
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS) and their services
Experience with orchestrating tools such as Kubernetes
Knowledge of networking principles and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Understanding of security principles and best practices in operational environments
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems, particularly GitHub (e.g., repositories, pull requests). Experience with Jenkins or Concourse is a plus
