The Collaboration and Productivity team at Millennium manages e-mail, chat, mobility and M365 services globally. We are looking for a strong consultant candidate to provide operational and administrative support for our services with a strong focus on automation. Must be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment both independently and in a team setting.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Provide operational and administrative support for the Collaboration infrastructure

• Monitor and analyze system health, capacity and performance

• Leverage ServiceNow to fulfill end user requests and resolve incidents

• Work closely with various teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues

• Analyze and improve processes through automation and workflows

• Collaborate with the global infrastructure teams on projects, new services and features

• Review and document existing infrastructure and procedures

• Assist with escalation support for business critical systems

Qualifications

• Experience with M365 services (Azure AD, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Sharepoint Online)

• Experience with MDM and MAM (Microsoft Intune, Blackberry UEM)

• Experience with Mobile Application Development on IOS and Android

• Experience with MS Intune mobile SDKs and MS App Proxy

• Experience with mobile third-party application management

• Minimum three years operations experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019/SE

• Broad knowledge of Windows Server administration, network design, storage, load balancing

• PowerShell scripting skills

• Operates with moderate supervision and exercises independent judgement in problem resolution

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
