Join an Internal Technology Support & DevOps team to provide day-to-day application management and hands-on ops work across multiple systems. The role supports projects for Middle Office, Operations, Treasury and Compliance, drives automation and AI-led process improvements, and leads application onboarding and improvement initiatives using technologies like Python, Angular, Kafka and AWS.
- Provide day to day best in class application management for multiple systems across MLP
- Hands on ops tasks to improve the software delivery process and user experience
- End to end support for projects involving for Middle Office, Operations, Treasury, Compliance and other business functions
- Drive process improvements via automation and the use of AI
- Lead application onboarding & improvement initiatives
- 1-2 years' experience working in a role specifically in a Financial Services Institutions or a major Tech organization
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork and analytical skills
- Some level of development/Technical skills is desirable
- AWS Cloud experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective time management and organizational skills
