Lead the development of core functions for OKX's internal R&D efficiency platform, driving high-quality delivery and integrating business systems to improve developer efficiency. Design and optimize CI/CD processes (GitLab, Pipeline, ArgoCD) and apply Kubernetes and microservice governance to ensure platform stability and scalability. Leverage cloud services (Aliyun, AWS, and others) to implement and optimize architecture, and stay current with industry-leading technologies (including AI) to enhance R&D productivity.

About The Team
The Basic Platform Team is oriented towards the company, providing one-stop development platforms. The team builds systems that enhances and standardizes the development process, providing a one-stop development platform for raising Developer Efficiency, System Observability, and Performance Capacity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development of core functions for the company’s internal R&D efficiency platform, ensuring high-quality delivery;
- Drive the integration of business systems into the R&D efficiency platform to improve overall development efficiency and delivery quality.
- Design and optimize CI/CD processes (GitLab, Pipeline, ArgoCD) to promote platform standardization and automation;
- Deeply understand and apply Kubernetes and microservice governance frameworks (Nacos, Apollo, Kong) to ensure platform stability and scalability;
- Leverage Aliyun, AWS, and other cloud services based on business needs to implement and optimize architecture;
- Stay up to date with industry-leading technologies (such as AI) and explore their application in improving R&D efficiency.
What We Look For In You
- Proficiency with DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and MicroService technology stacks, with strong technical comprehension;
- Familiarity with the Java technology stack, while maintaining broad knowledge of multiple programming languages and business-related technologies;
- Strong product sense, with the ability to design clear module boundaries and workflows;
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to perform under pressure;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to drive cross-team project execution.
