The Trading Operations Engineer will support and improve trading operations with a focus on market structure initiatives, including initiatives around Brazil’s securities lending and borrowing (SBL) market. You will build and maintain tooling and operational processes, collaborate closely with traders, engineers and stakeholders, and help ensure robust, low-latency trading workflows. The role requires strong problem-solving in a fast-paced trading environment and the ability to drive improvements across people, process and systems.
