What you’ll do
- Define and own the product strategy for infrastructure automation, aligning with organizational goals and technology priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear product deliverables.
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Drive execution by partnering with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful automation solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for enhancing automation capabilities.
- Act as an advocate for automation, driving awareness, adoption, and alignment across the organization.
- Communicate the value of automation architecture to stakeholders at all levels through compelling narratives and presentations.
- Use feedback from stakeholders and end users to refine the automation roadmap and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party tools to support automation goals.
- Ensure automation initiatives deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
What’s required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or field.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure automation, DevOps, or SDLC product management roles.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, and other CI/CD tools.
- Experience partnering with infrastructure domains such as network, compute, storage, database, and cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding software delivery pipeline processes, including build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure models.

The annual base salary range for this role is $250,000-$300,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
