Join the Authentication for Employees team as a DevOps Engineer (Medior or Senior) to design, build and maintain secure, scalable IAM solutions used globally. You will work on a codebase primarily in C# and PowerShell, implement and operate CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines) on Linux (Red Hat) and Windows, and contribute to operational excellence and troubleshooting. The Senior role focuses more on development and technical direction, while the Medior role provides a stronger mix of development and day-to-day operations. You will work with authentication technologies (OIDC, SAML, MFA, FIDO2, Entra ID) and collaborate using Azure DevOps/Scrum practices.

We are hiring two DevOps Engineers for our Authentication for Employees team, one Senior and one Medior. While both roles contribute to the same mission, the focus and balance between development and operations work differ.

As our Senior DevOps Engineer, you will take a stronger lead on development activities, spending most of your time developing solutions, improving our authentication services, and driving technical direction. Operational work still plays a role, but it’s a smaller part of your daily responsibilities.

As our Medior DevOps Engineer, you will work with a more even mix of development and operations tasks. You’ll still contribute to our codebase, but your responsibilities will lean more toward operational excellence, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring stable daily operations of our IAM services. This role is ideal for someone strengthening their development skills while already comfortable handling operations in complex environments.

  • Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available IAM solutions.
  • Work with a DevOps mindset, applying your development expertise to coding, analysis, and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Build and deploy applications and services using CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines) on Linux (Red Hat) and Windows platforms.
  • You’ll work on our codebase, mainly consisting of C# and PowerShell, creating and supporting dynamic applications and IAM services.
  • Collaborate using Scrum tooling (Azure DevOps) and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Implementing modern and robust MFA and passwordless solutions.

Essential Skills

  • ITIL experience
  • Skilled in C#, PowerShell
  • Experience with Linux (Red Hat) and Windows platforms
  • CI/CD tooling (Azure Pipelines or similar)
  • Scrum tooling (Azure DevOps or similar)
  • Security and/or IAM experience
  • Familiarity with authentication technologies (OIDC, SAML, MFA, FIDO2, Security Keys, Entra ID)

Preferred Skills

  • LDAP directories (Active Directory, Red Hat Directory Server, or similar)
  • Microsoft Identity Manager (or predecessors, or similar)
  • Automation skills: Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and configuration management with Ansible
  • Experience with AI solutions in Azure DevOps
  • Monitoring tooling like Splunk/OBM
