As a Scrum Master at Rabobank, you will coach 1 to 3 squads to deliver Insurance & Pensions solutions with flow, predictability and trust. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, help teams remove impediments, and ensure convergence with DevOps and governance requirements. You will collaborate with business, risk & control, and architecture to support continuous improvement while maintaining compliance in a complex regulated IT environment. This role combines leadership, coaching and hands-on agile practices in a hybrid work setup.

- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

You & your role
As a Scrum Master, you know the secrets of creating flow, predictability, and trust within multidisciplinary teams. You work with 1 to 3 squads building solutions for Insurance & Pensions. You bring structure without noise, encourage ownership, and help teams grow in agile ways of working, DevOps, and collaboration with their environment. As a Scrum Master, you make the difference by combining calm, focus, and continuous improvement.

- Guiding squads through Inspect & Adapt, enabling teams to experiment and learn from data and feedback.
- Making progress and quality visible with dashboards that stimulate learning instead of control.
- Connecting squads and stakeholders by making dependencies and risks transparent.
In broad terms
You facilitate agile and Simplify@Scale events, help teams define the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and remove impediments. You work closely with business, risk & control, and architecture. This way, teams continuously improve while meeting governance requirements. You & your talent
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking, with at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a multi-squad IT environment.
- Experience with coaching, conflict facilitation, and reflective learning.
- Knowledge of and experience with Azure DevOps and DevOps principles such as CI/CD and test automation.
- Experience in a regulated IT environment, preferably within financial services.
- Familiarity with Simplify@Scale or comparable scaled agile frameworks.
- Ability to create structure and transparency without command-and-control
- PSM I or PSM II certification
- Experience with hybrid working and collaboration with nearshore and offshore teams.
- A cooperative and collaborative mindset to connect teams.
