Join RBI's Mobile Evolution Tribe as a Group Mobile Solution Architect to design scalable, reusable architectures that enable harmonized mobile solutions across multiple countries. Lead architectural governance, drive reuse and standardization of components, APIs, and orchestration layers, and serve as a bridge between tribes and enterprise architecture boards. Promote modern technologies (cloud, microservices, event-driven architectures) while managing legacy integrations and guiding engineering teams during implementation.

Join the Mobile Evolution Tribe, a strategic initiative within RBI Group focused on accelerating mobile services delivery across multiple countries. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, reusable, and standardized architectures that enable harmonized mobile solutions across the group.


Your mission at RBI:

 

  • Architectural Leadership: Define and maintain solution blueprints aligned with group-wide architecture principles, ensuring consistency across NWUs.
  • Reuse & Standardization: Drive the adoption of common components, APIs, and orchestration layers to maximize reuse and reduce duplication.
  • Cross-Group Collaboration: Act as a bridge between tribes, chapters, and enterprise architecture boards to ensure alignment on standards and compliance.
  • Innovation & Modernization: Introduce modern technologies (Cloud, Microservices, Event-driven architecture) while managing legacy integration.
  • Delivery Support: Decompose functional blocks into sprint-ready chunks, support backlog prioritization, and guide engineering teams during implementation.

  • Efficiency: Shared components reduce development effort and accelerate time-to-market.
  • Consistency: Harmonized architecture ensures uniform user experience and simplifies maintenance.
  • Scalability: Common patterns enable rapid rollout of features across multiple countries.
  • Cost Optimization: Avoid redundant investments by leveraging group-wide solutions.


Your core competencies:

 

  • University degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and API-first design.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and promote architectural best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models and backlog management.


Nice to have:

 

  • Experience in mobile ecosystems and Composable Banking concepts.
  • Knowledge of RBI Group architecture principles and Mobrix platform.
