About the Job:

The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Cloud Architect with strong Ansible and Ansible Application Platform experience to join us in our Dubai Office, UAE. In this role, you will work as a subject-matter expert in Red Hat’s automation technology. You'll answer questions about best practices around automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups and lead the on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat’s technology that delivers freedom, flexibility, and outstanding performance. You will gain an understanding of our customers' infrastructures, and business issues and you will make recommendations appropriate to their environments. This is a great opportunity to build on your core base of knowledge and work in a fast-paced environment promoting Red Hat’s solutions.

Relocation to Dubai is required. Red Hat will provide relocation support to the UAE for the selected candidate.

What you will do:

• Win the confidence of our customers through the successful delivery of discovery, analysis and design workshops that shape and influence the customer’s architecture design decisions to align with the Red Hat solution.

• Lead consulting teams through successful customer pilot and production deployments, workload onboarding and ongoing lifecycle management

• Work closely with product business units, product engineering, consulting, support, and sales to ensure a world-class customer experience with Red Hat’s products.

• Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat’s services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements, and lower delivery risk.

What you will bring:

• Prior experience working in a consulting and architecture roles

• Good customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions

• Excellent knowledge of automation technologies both at hands-on delivery and architecture levels

• Experience implementing automation technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise-wide deployments

• Knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform

• Knowledge of Red Hat’s infrastructure solutions like Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat OpenStack Services on OpenShift and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

• Willingness to travel across the region

• Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms introducing DevOps, continuous delivery (CD) and application lifecycle management

• Excellent written and verbal language skills in English

• Red Hat Certifications are considered a plus
