Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving forward. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We're looking for a Technology Manager to support our expansion in Mexico, focusing on technology risk, operational resilience, and regulatory readiness.

You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams, as well as local regulators, to ensure our crypto platforms operate in line with Mexico regulatory requirements while remaining aligned with group standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Improving technical processes, identifying risks and areas of improvement
  • Monitoring metrics about the performance of IT controls and risks
  • Preparing data and other materials for reporting to the entity's committees, management bodies, and external authorities
  • Managing new requirements, changes, and maintenance of the Mexico IT infrastructure
  • Supporting incident resolutions and documentation
  • Facilitating compliance and audit readiness with regulations and requirements
  • Participating in the business continuity plans and performing operational resilience tests
  • Keeping IT policies and processes updated
  • Evaluating new technology initiatives for product teams

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of IT or technical experience in the financial services industry
  • Solid technical knowledge and expertise on IT management
  • Impressive analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
