Take charge of technology operations, risk management and regulatory readiness for Revolut's UAE entities. You'll coordinate UAE infrastructure, network, and data localisation initiatives, partnering with Group DevOps, Network, product engineering, Operations, and Compliance to translate local requirements into actionable tasks. You will lead operational governance, incident management, change controls, and evidence collection for controls in partnership with Group InfoSec GRC, while communicating risks and timelines to stakeholders. Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving forward. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.
We're looking for a Technology Manager to focus on technology operations, risk management and resilience, and regulatory readiness.
You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams, as well as local regulators, to ensure our platforms operate in line with regulatory requirements while remaining aligned with group standards.

What you'll be doing
- Coordinating UAE infrastructure and network workstreams, such as network connectivity, cloud environments, access patterns, resiliency, and operational readiness
- Supporting the Head of Technology in driving the local data localisation programme
- Partnering with Group DevOps, Network, and product engineering teams to translate UAE requirements into actionable technology tasks
- Running operational governance, including incident management coordination, problem management, change/release controls, service reviews, SLA tracking, and post-incident actions
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with technology control requirements
- Managing technology risk and compliance execution for infrastructure controls (evidence collection, control tracking, remediation follow-ups) with Group InfoSec GRC
- Providing technology-related updates to stakeholders, including risks, decisions required, and timelines
- Identifying technology-related dependencies, potential impact, and risks, ensuring that they've been satisfactorily analysed, tested, and managed, and escalating risks to internal stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement post-launch, including recurring service reviews, incident action tracking, and removal of cross-region dependencies where they create risk
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience in tech risk, operational resilience, IT project delivery, IT governance, or tech architecture, within financial services, fintech, or a consultancy serving these industries
- An understanding of UAE payment rails and integrations (e.g., card schemes, domestic switches, bank transfers, acquiring networks) and the typical technology dependencies
- Project management and IT project delivery experience
- Experience working in regulated environments, including interacting with regulators, auditors, or supervisory bodies in the UAE
- Knowledge of technology controls across infrastructure, applications, data, security, and third-party services, and how those controls operate in practice
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills
- A basic understanding of AWS/GCP, networking fundamentals, and SDLC, with the ability to review designs, spot gaps, and drive implementation via Group teams
- Great problem-solving and decision-making skills to analyse complex information and identify the key issue/action to drive resolutions
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Expertise in AWS and/or GCP (common architecture patterns, core services, and operational trade-offs) to accelerate design reviews and stakeholder discussions
- Experience in a solution or technical architect role, with an ability to review designs, identify gaps, and influence delivery across engineering teams
- To be comfortable with tooling for delivery and reporting, such as Jira/Confluence, dashboards, and basic SQL queries
