The role is responsible for analysing and resolving service tickets, prioritising incidents and providing technical support to various IT assets. Tasks include workstation maintenance (patches and disk space), user and license management, quarterly reviews (mailboxes, EUC, network drives), small development tasks (up to ~20 hours) and preparing ad-hoc reports and audit/control support.

Desarrollos hasta 20 h necesario a los activos 7. Atención a solicitudes, consultas y preparación de informes o presentaciones ad hoc, así como atención a otro tipo de solicitudes de auditoría y control interno.
