As the Head of O2C Engineering, you will lead the technical strategy and execution for the entire lifecycle of a customer’s journey—from initial order placement to final payment reconciliation. You will be responsible for a high-performance engineering team that builds, integrates, and maintains the systems that ensure our company bills, gets paid, and records revenue accurately and on time. You will collaborate with Product Management, Solution and Enterprise Architects and Process Managers to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications, and you will foster a culture of DevOps excellence with CI/CD, automated testing, and AI-first engineering. The role also includes overseeing third-party vendors to ensure delivery against SLAs and modernizing legacy billing systems for global, multi-currency operations.

You will be responsible for a high-performance engineering team that builds, integrates, and maintains the systems that ensure our company bills, gets paid, and records revenue accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Strategy & Architecture
- Define the multi-year technical roadmap for the O2C ecosystem, ensuring it supports global scale and multi-currency operations.
- Modernize legacy billing systems into agile, AI ready architecture
- Directly manage and mentor a team of Software Engineers, Data Architects, and Systems Analysts.
- Foster a culture of DevOps excellence, prioritizing CI/CD, automated testing, and AI First Engineering
- Oversee third-party vendors and managed service providers to ensure delivery against SLAs.
- Implement advanced monitoring and alerting for "stuck" orders or revenue leakage points.
Business Partnership
- Collaborate with the Product Management, Solution and Enterprise Architects and Process Managers for automation.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
Qualifications & Skills

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 244700 - 415900(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
