What you’ll build
In this role, you will drive the CI/CD product strategy and execution for SAP Commerce Cloud. You will improve how engineers build, test, and deploy by evolving pipeline capabilities and reducing friction across the delivery lifecycle. Your work will directly impact release reliability, delivery speed, and developer productivity.
As a Product Manager in an empowered, cross-functional product team, you will lead outcome-driven discovery and delivery for CI/CD experiences. This includes ownership of pipeline automation, standardization, and scalability, as well as using analytics to understand developer pain points and guide measurable improvements in developer experience.
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for CI/CD capabilities supporting SAP Commerce Cloud
- Lead discovery with engineering and release stakeholders to identify bottlenecks in build, test, and deployment workflows
- Own an outcome-focused roadmap for CI/CD automation that improves reliability, repeatability, speed, and scalability
- Drive modernization and migration initiatives across pipeline technologies
- Establish and use developer experience analytics to measure pipeline health, failure modes, cycle time, and adoption
- Partner with engineering, security, and compliance stakeholders to ensure CI/CD solutions meet platform requirements
- Represent CI/CD capabilities in cross-team and platform-level initiatives
What you bring
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, with ownership of complex software, SaaS, or platform products
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience delivering CI/CD or developer productivity capabilities
- Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD pipeline technologies, including Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Experience with additional pipeline and automation technologies and reusable pipeline patterns
- Strong ability to use data and analytics to guide product decisions and improve developer experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear product direction

Compensation Range Transparency
SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest, supportive, and inclusive culture, representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range, which includes both base salary and variable incentive targets for the career level of the posted role. The target range for this position is 348600 - 522800(PLN) [EUR]. The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, and role scope, as determined during the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a target amount, with the actual payout depending on both company and individual performance.
