Lead software engineer responsible for release planning and coordination across engineering squads, QA and DevOps, maintaining the release calendar and ensuring timely deployments. Manage NRT (non-regression) plans with manual/automation test execution across required environments, triage defects, and validate build stability before promoting to QA/STAGE/PROD. Oversee environment and deployment governance with DevOps, manage CI/CD pipelines and configuration, monitor deployment progress, and maintain versioning. Ensure quality governance and regulatory compliance, track release KPIs, and provide clear stakeholder communication including release notes and change logs.
