Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our applications and services. A strong understanding of log management and logshipping techniques is crucial for troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and security analysis.<\/p>
Key Responsibilities<\/p>
Design, build, and maintain CI\/CD pipelines for automated software deployments.
Manage and automate cloud-based infrastructure.
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
Expertly configure and optimize logshipping solutions (e.g., rsyslog, Logstash, Beats) to efficiently collect and transport logs to a central repository.
Experience with centralized log management platforms (e.g., Elasticsearch, Splunk)
Implement and maintain robust logging and monitoring solutions.
Configure and manage logshipping solutions to centralize and analyze logs from various sources.
Optimize log collection, storage, and analysis for performance and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure secure coding practices and infrastructure configurations.
Participate in on-call rotation for incident response.
Document processes and procedures.
Stay current with the latest DevOps trends and technologies.<\/p>Profile required
Strong understanding of Linux\/Unix systems administration.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI\/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
Solid understanding of log management principles and practices.
Experience with logshipping tools and technologies (e.g., rsyslog, Logstash, Beats).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/p>
