  Hands on experience in various open-source technologies, coding systems, platforms and software’s.

  Solid experience in problem solving, debugging, troubleshooting and experience is fixing issues/bugs of the proposed open source and tracking and reporting issues.

  Gathering open-source requirements and propose effective solutions.

  Responsible for designing and developing open-source solutions align to the business needs.

  Good experience in building the POCs against technology agnostic solutions.

  Experience in coordinating, implementing the open-source solutions with multiple teams to move away from the licensed versions to bring the cost reductions.

  Good knowledge in building any open-source migration kits to ease the developer life and smother migration.

  Continuous learning of new open-source technologies, software’s and instrumental in building POCs.

  Expects open-source developer advocates to be the bridge between the community and the organization.

  Experience in raising awareness among developers about the open source and the potential opportunities.

  Building strong relationships with teams across open source and developer communities.

  Experience in driving the Innovation within the group and should have good insights and knowledge on the emerging technology to propagate open-source footprint.

PROGRAMMING& TOOLS

o   Languages : Candidate should be open to work on any languages like C, C++,  Java, Dot Net, Python , Angular, React

o   Database: Fair knowledge on all open-source Databases like MySQL , PostgreSQL, Mongo, Cassandra

o   Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes

o   CI/CD:  Jenkins

o   Operating Systems : Windows, Linux

o   Knowledge on Opensource.
