The ServiceNow SRE Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of the ServiceNow platform. You will design and implement automation, monitoring, and incident response processes, troubleshoot production issues, and drive platform improvements. The role requires close collaboration with development, security and IT teams to support deployments, upgrades and integrations, and to maintain operational best practices.
