Responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of cloud-hosted services and databases on Azure. You'll design, build and maintain monitoring, alerting and automation to prevent and remediate incidents, and work closely with development teams to improve service resilience. The role focuses on capacity planning, performance tuning, incident response, and implementing best practices for database and cloud infrastructure reliability. Strong collaboration and automation skills are required to drive reliability improvements across the stack.
