Responsible for ensuring the availability, performance and reliability of production systems by designing, building and operating robust infrastructure and automation. You'll develop monitoring, alerting, incident response and CI/CD tooling, drive capacity planning and reliability improvements, and work closely with development teams to harden services. The role requires applying best practices for observability, scalability, security and automation to reduce toil and improve platform resiliency.
