You will contribute to hardware architecture for next-generation systems, and design, implement, debug and characterize embedded/mobile hardware. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working in a embedded/mobile system design, hardware architecture, board design, board bring-up, product NPI technical environment, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Experience with low power and battery powered embedded mobile designs.
  • Experience in a broad range of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) technologies (e.g., rigid flex).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop hardware architecture for next generation systems.
  • Design, implement, debug and characterize embedded systems geared for mobile applications.
  • Lead new design concepts through exploration, prototyping, development, and into mass production.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including software, mechanical engineering, industrial design, and outside partners.
