Specifically, this team focuses on Autofocus, depth computing, and other advanced computational photography features. Its mission is to keep cameras sharp and clear; develop and support amazing computational photography features for Pixel Phone Cameras.

Responsibilities

  • Design Autofocus and other computational photography/computer vision features related to depth map, tracking, saliency etc.
  • Commercialize Computer Vision (CV) and other computational intensive algorithms.
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as Hardware, Research and Image Signal Processor (ISP)/Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) chip design teams.
