We are looking for an experienced Power Electronics Hardware Design Engineer with strong technical expertise in analog, digital, and power electronics systems, especially in the development of EV Inverters / Power Conversion Systems.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate hands‑on hardware development, testing, debugging, component selection, layout proficiency, and leadership capabilities to drive work packages independently while mentoring junior team members.

· 4–8 years of experience.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Analog, Digital & Power Electronics circuits.
  • Experience in high‑voltage hardware development and testing.
  • Hands‑on experience in soldering, hardware rework, and troubleshooting.
  • Practical knowledge of MATLAB / LTSpice / MATHCAD (any one).
  • Expertise in schematic & PCB layout tools; Altium Designer preferred.
  • Deep understanding of layout rules, design constraints, creepage/clearance, EMI/EMC, and thermal aspects.
  • Experience in simulation, analysis, and validation techniques.
  • Familiar with embedded C (basic) for microcontroller/interfacing support.
