Senior Software Engineer on the Corporate Actions Engineering team within Data Solutions Engineering. Design and architect distributed systems to collect, process, and deliver corporate actions data from multiple sources, and lead the development of critical infrastructure components through design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Improve system reliability and performance of the data pipelines, collaborate with product and client teams to meet SLAs, and mentor junior engineers to raise code quality and standards.

Your Team's Impact
Join the Corporate Actions Engineering team within Data Solutions Engineering (DSE), where you'll work on distributed complex infrastructure that collects first-party and third-party corporate actions data and delivers it to clients worldwide. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll contribute to building robust systems that power critical data pipelines for investment professionals. This is a hybrid role where your experience and technical leadership will directly impact the reliability and scalability of our data infrastructure.
What You'll Do
Design and architect distributed systems for collecting, processing, and delivering corporate actions data from multiple sources
Lead development of critical infrastructure components and own their full lifecycle from design through implementation, testing, and deployment
Improve system reliability and performance through optimization, refactoring, and identifying bottlenecks in the data pipeline
Collaborate with product and client teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure data delivery meets SLAs
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team technical standards, code quality, and best practice
Maintain and enhance data quality and validation processes to ensure accuracy of corporate actions data
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development
Experience designing and building microservice architectures
Devops experience
Hands-on experience with SQL
Bonus Skills
Experience with Python
Experience with C++
Experience with monitoring and observability tools and practices
