You’ll be part of the Linux Wifi team, contributing to the open source code that drives Intel’s wifi devices on Linux. You’ll work in a dynamic group with state-of-the-art methodology, alongside leading experts in the Wifi industry. Your C code will be part of the Linux kernel, and you’ll collaborate on the bleeding edge of wifi technology, working with other companies to ensure the best possible user experience. The role covers networking, PCI, and wifi stack, with the wifi device integrated in Intel’s platform and the position requiring on-site work in Israel, Jerusalem.

Job Description: 

You'll be part of the Linux Wifi team, contributing to the open source code that drives Intel's wifi devices on Linux.

You'll be working in a dynamic group with state of the art methodology, alongside with the leading people in the Wifi industry.

Youl'l be working on the bleeding edge of the wifi technology, and working with other companies to ensure the best possible user experience.

Your code written in C will be part of the Linux kernel and your name will be on it. The group you'll be part of has a lot of experience so that you'll have a lot of opportunities to learn, on the other hand, we're always ready to hear new ideas from new people.

You'll be working in networking, PCI, and wifi stack. The wifi device is integrated in Intel's platform.

Qualifications:

  • BSc in SW Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer engineering.
  • 4-6 years of experience in software development mostly in C.
  • Kernel development experience is big advantage.
  • Knowledge in networking is also an advantage.
