Job Description: 

  • We are looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of Virtual Test Cards (VTC).
  • The role focuses on feature development, validation, and debugging of Simics-based virtual models that emulate physical test cards integrated into HSLE or PV environments.
  • These Virtual Test Cards are used to validate and test complex hardware and software interactions prior to silicon availability, and play a critical role in system bring-up and verification.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in C++, Python, and DML, with experience developing and maintaining complex software systems.
  • Deep understanding of the PCIe protocol, including architecture, configuration, and data flow.
  • Hands-on experience working with Simics APIs and simulation-based environments..
  • Familiarity with hybrid models and their integration within Virtual Platforms (VP).
  • Strong knowledge of x86 architecture, including system initialization and hardware-software interaction
