As a Senior Software Engineer - CoreAI, you will work on fundamental abstractions, programming model, runtimes, libraries, and APIs to enable large-scale training and inference of models on novel AI hardware. You will join the AI Frameworks team at Microsoft, collaborating with hardware teams, ML researchers, and developers to optimize and scale the full AI stack. This is a hands-on, technical role requiring solving hard problems with an entrepreneurial mindset and fast execution. You will apply engineering principles to define robust architectures, collaborate across disciplines, and promote coding standards, primarily using C/C++ and other languages.
