General Summary:

Core Responsibilities

- Architect and validate mechatronic subsystems for Robotics SoCs.

- Design and tune Kalman-based estimators and MPC/VLA/RL controllers.

- Develop embedded software for sensors, actuators, and communication stacks including EtherCAT.

- Ensure system reliability, fault recovery, and telemetry integration.

- Produce CAD models for mechanisms and fixtures.

Physical & Work Requirements

- Extended use of computers, lab instruments, and test setups (>6 hours/day).

- Frequent collaboration with internal and external partners.

Daily Job Responsibilities Summary

- Design robotic mechanisms and prototypes with CAD.

- Implement estimation and motion control on embedded platforms.

- Validate hardware interfaces including EtherCAT and CAN-FD.

- Develop automated test workflows.

- Cross-functional system integration and verification.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
