QRT offers a 3-6 month internship starting in 2026 in its Quantitative Technology program. Interns work on low-latency trading systems, contributing to software and FPGA engineering efforts under the guidance of experienced engineers, quants, and researchers. The program includes roles in Software Engineering and FPGA Engineering, with emphasis on high-performance, real-time systems, collaboration, and potential progression to a full-time graduate role on successful completion.
Who qualifies: Penultimate or final year students completing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD.

Software Engineer
Your present skillset
- Genuine interest in software engineering, infrastructure, or data engineering within a low-latency environment, working in Python, C# or C++
- Interest to build expertise in high-performance, real-time trading systems
- Excellent communication and analytical skills - you will interact directly with Traders and Researchers
- Drive for rapid autonomy and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance setting
- Rigorous and structured approach to problem-solving
Interview Process:
