Join a newly formed team building a greenfield low-latency, high-frequency trading system written in modern C++23. You will work across the entire stack to enable trading execution as part of Qube Research & Technologies' ecosystem. The role focuses on multithreaded and distributed systems, C++ performance optimization, and low-level Linux OS and networking details. Knowledge of market data feeds, execution gateways, FPGA systems, and Python scripting is a plus.

Your future role within QRT
This is a unique opportunity to join a newly formed team building a greenfield project. We are building a trading system for low-latency and high-frequency execution, which will run as part of the QRT ecosystem. The platform is being written in modern C++23. You will be involved across the entire stack, to make trading happen.
Your present skillset
- 2+ years of experience in real time / low latency modern C++ development
- Experience designing and implementing multithreaded and distributed systems
- Familiarity with C++ optimization techniques
- Familiarity with low level Linux OS details
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of market data feed handlers, execution gateways and execution strategies
- Familiarity with network architecture and OSI model.
- Familiarity with FPGA systems
- Scripting experience with Python
