Since 2024, we\u2019ve launched 7 C# development teams, and we\u2019re not stopping \u2014 more teams are being built, and existing ones are growing fast.Our C# developers focus primarily on backend development, with only a small portion involving frontend work and limited web development. Many of our systems are designed for internal use by our front-, middle-, and back-office teams. The tech stack varies between teams, depending on the business use case and architecture of the solutions.<\/p>

Building, delivering, and running the application, using Craftsmanship best practices.<\/p><\/li>
Developing and supporting features in a functional applicative chain.<\/p><\/li>
Providing production support for existing application features.<\/p><\/li>
Proposing recommendations for process improvement.<\/p><\/li>
Giving clear and consistent reports to the clients and management.<\/p><\/li>
Writing unit tests and reviewing the code to be delivered.<\/p><\/li>

You have strong C# skills \u2013 years of experience matter less than your expertise.<\/p><\/li>
You are familiar with Agile methodologies, TDD, and CI\/CD.<\/p><\/li>
