As the primary U.S. SME for CCure access control, you will own system integrity, configuration standards, and lifecycle governance. You will provide expert guidance on Genetec Omnicast and IP-camera solutions and collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure technology compliance and consistency across locations. You will advise project managers, integrators, and operational teams on system design, hardware specifications, approved configurations, and installation procedures, while working with vendors to align with the future technology roadmap. Our Global Protection and Security’s Integrated Technology team is seeking a highly skilled Security Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as the primary U.S. lead for electronic access control (CCure), and to provide expert support for global technology and compliance initiatives.

This role is responsible for overseeing the performance, configuration, and lifecycle of our global electronic access control platforms, supporting CCTV technologies (Genetec), and advising project and operational teams on support, standards, compliance, and best-practice implementations.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in both hardware/installation as well as application administration of electronic access control systems, strong experience in enterprise CCTV systems, and a passion for ensuring secure, standardized, and resilient technology deployments across diverse environments worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary U.S. SME for CCure access control, responsible for system integrity, configuration standards, support for troubleshooting, and lifecycle governance.

  • Support the Security Operations Center (SOC) in understanding, operating, and optimizing security technology platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating global security technology standards, procedures, and training materials.
  • Provide escalation support for high-impact incidents and support recovery efforts.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives, including system upgrades, integrations, compliance audits, and new technology evaluations.

Job Requirements:

  • Occasional work outside normal hours as required to support high-impact incidents and recovery efforts.
