La Funzione Internal Audit di Allianz Bank Financial Advisors è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nel team in qualità di IT Audit Manager. La Funzione Internal Audit di Allianz Bank svolge le attività di audit in maniera orientata al business, proattiva e basata sul rischio, operando con trasparenza, integrità e indipendenza e supportando il business nella mitigazione dei rischi.
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una IT Audit Manager esperto/a, motivato/a e autonomo/a che possa guidare e coordinare le attività di audit in ambito IT. Il/la candidato/a ideale avrà una solida esperienza nella gestione di audit IT complessi, capacità di analisi critica dei processi tecnologici e una forte attitudine alla gestione del rischio ed alla conformità normativa.
La risorsa riporterà direttamente al Chief Audit Executive della Banca.
Responsabilità principali
- Supportare il CAE nell’attività di IT risk assessment e nella definizione del Piano pluriennale di IT Audit, tenuto conto delle indicazioni fornite da Allianz Group Audit e dei requisiti normativi.
- Pianificare, coordinare e condurre in autonomia audit IT in conformità con gli standard aziendali, del Gruppo Allianz e di settore. Eseguire e documentare l’attività di fieldwork in linea con la metodologia del Gruppo Allianz e nel rispetto della specifica pianificazione.
- Discutere i risultati delle attività di audit sia con il CAE sia con i Responsabili delle aree oggetto di audit.
- Redigere report dettagliati sulle attività di audit, evidenziando aree di miglioramento, rischi e raccomandazioni.
- Valutare i controlli interni relativi a sistemi informativi, sicurezza IT, gestione dei dati e continuità operativa, anche con riferimento alle terze parti.
- Garantire un approccio trasversale durante gli audit, coprendo attività bancarie core, ambiti operativi e regolamentari, processi esternalizzati.
- Supportare la Società nell’implementazione di processi che assicurino un costante miglioramento in ambito IT.
- Lavorare in modo integrato con i colleghi, sia a livello locale sia globale.
Requisiti
- Avere comprovata esperienza e conoscenza in ambito IT Audit (almeno 8 anni), preferibilmente in contesti strutturati e complessi;
- Conoscere l’ambiente di controllo bancario, le attività ed i prodotti;
- Ottima capacità di analisi dei rischi IT e dei controlli interni;
- Conoscenza approfondita delle normative locali ed internazionali e dei framework di riferimento (Bankit Circolare 285, GDPR, DORA, PSD2, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, ecc.);
- Avere competenze tecniche e conoscenza di analisi dei dati (Data Analytics);
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia, apprendere rapidamente concetti complessi, dimostrare resilienza sotto pressione;
- Sviluppare e mantenere in modo proattivo relazioni professionali con i colleghi dell’internal audit e delle Direzioni e con gli stakeholder interni;
- Ottima propensione al lavoro in team;
- Eccellenti doti comunicative e di leadership;
- Essere indipendente nel giudizio e avere integrità ed etica personali indiscutibili;
- Dimostrare mentalità innovativa e sviluppare idee che abbiano un impatto positivo e vengano implementate;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria, Economia o materie affini;
- Data Analytics;
- Certificazioni professionali (CISA, CISSP, CIA) saranno considerate un plus.
