Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
  • Experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • Background in SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) or SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) products.
  • Excellent sense of UI/UX patterns that impact product efficiency and comfort working extensively with designers and researchers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall Analyst Experience strategy and roadmap for Security Operations by identifying new strategic opportunities and effectively prioritizing requests from customers, partners, and engineering.
  • Develop a holistic strategy and oversee team execution for critical user journeys related to Triage, Investigation, and Response in Security Operations.
  • Bridge SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) or SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) products into a unified Security Operations platform journey that leads to more efficient Security Operations Analyst workflow.
  • Understand cybersecurity markets, competition, and user requirements in depth, particularly in the converged Security Operations market.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, UX, and other cross-functional teams on cutting edge technologies.
