Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
  • 5 years of experience in testing, and launching software products.
  • Experience with Distributed Processing and Spanner.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • 3 years of experience with working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
  • Experience with cloud and cybersecurity.

In this role, you will help the customers and partners understand and solve their security tests. You will build and evolve intuitive security User Interfaces (UIs) and back-end ecosystems to help the customers keep their data safe. Responsibilities

  • Architect and build reliable platform services, including Application Programming Interface (API), Chronicle API, and Front-end Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP)/API Server.
  • Develop and maintain systems for compliance with multiple standards (e.g., Access Transparency, Access Approvals, Customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK)).
  • Build and improve the systems that manage the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Mentor a team of engineers with driving technical decisions, and ensuring the quality and reliability of the systems. Collaborate with teams across chronicles to deliver horizontal solutions that meet the needs of the customers and partners.
