Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with platform hardening, including securing bootloaders and implementing hardware-based security controls.
- Experience with network infrastructure devices, including the security protocols and configurations of routers, switches, and firewalls.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- Experience with NIST specifications and Trusted Computing Group (TCG) standards (e.g., TPM, Secure Boot).
- Experience designing and auditing complex network architectures to ensure defense-in-depth and zero-trust principles.
