Amazon is seeking an Investigation Associate with a background in transportation, risk management and data-driven problem resolution. You will conduct investigations, take appropriate actions to identify and minimize fraud or abuse, and escalate or resolve issues while delivering long-term, systemic improvements for a world-class customer experience. You will partner with stakeholders, meet productivity and quality targets, and contribute to SOP improvements and root-cause analysis across Amazon’s transportation operations. The role emphasizes identity verification and reporting, with opportunities to participate in ad-hoc projects.
Key job responsibilities
- Conduct investigations
- Take appropriate action to identify and help - minimize the risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends
- Consistently achieve weekly targets and quality standards for investigations
- Identify and eliminate root causes of defects in order to drive efficiency in Amazon’s transportation operations
- Knowledge to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information
- Experience to follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary

- Share inputs for SOP improvements, document new methods of abuse/frauds, and partner with stakeholder teams to drive gaps to closure
Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
